WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

Shipping In India:

Standard economic shipping rates as per the weight and delivery location of the shipment.

Cash On Delivery (COD):

All cash on delivery orders require a prior deposit of 50% of the order value, payable via bank transfer, PayTM or any electronic payment method. You can also request an online payment link by calling or sending a message at +91 99999855677 ( Please note the shipping fee will increase to 2% of the 50% balance amount of the order which is to by borne by the customer )

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. For international orders, a standard shipping fee of INR 3500 or $50 is chargeable.

No cash on delivery available for international orders.

RETURNS

Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 


For International customers:
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

PAYMENTS


All payments made against the purchases/services on Sooke.in by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Sooke. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done so as to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.


Sooke may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by

Sooke which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.


DELIVERY


Sooke endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if 

Sooke fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods,

Sooke may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
